We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our childcare department at The reputed company School, located at our Corporate Headquarters in northwest Austin. In this role, you will work alongside our reputed company teacher in the 2-year-old classroom, contributing to the holistic development of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor children both indoors and outdoors to ensure their safety and well-being. Assist in planning and implementing engaging classroom activities. reputed company individualized attention to each child, fostering their growth and development. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years of age. Preferably, three years of experience in a licensed childcare facility. Child Development Associate (CDA) certification is desirable. reputed company CPR and First Aid certifications. Completion of 24 clock hours of professional development training annually. Skills And Abilities Understanding of Developmentally Appropriate Practices. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to maintain composure and exhibit flexibility in various situations. Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role, including lifting and supervising children.
