About the Role

Overview The reputed company Operations Analyst is part of the Operations function reputed company the Insurance team, reporting into the SVP of Insurance Operations. This role provides cross functional support to multiple functional areas at reputed company, including reputed company, Compliance, Service, and Claims. Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the response to service escalations, including investigation of the escalation, drafting the referral, obtaining approval, and documenting direction to service staff.
• reputed company root cause analysis and reporting of service escalations to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Aid cross functional teams to identify and support training needs for company and product.
• Help identify and write reputed company manuals and SOP’s.
• Assist in the identifying and development of Operations Reporting.
• Conduct screening process for Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) referrals in the United States and Canada and reputed company required reporting to the insurance reputed company.
• Complete the reputed company referral process for suspicious claims activity and execute any resulting reputed company action in partnership with Platform Operations.
• Conduct and support monthly review of Bordereaux reporting for the insurance reputed company.
• Support and conduct internal audits, and aid in the annual reputed company and claims audits, including file gathering, general support, and coordination with the insurance reputed company.
• Monitor and process CCPA requests.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Support the investigation of reputed company regulatory complaints, working closely with the Compliance Specialist.
• Conduct proactive monitoring of the competitor landscape on filed products and filing activity.
• Conduct reputed company research and/or projects as needed (e.g emerging issues, competitor changes).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or 5+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry
• Pet Insurance and/or Insurtech experience is a plus
• Exhibit general knowledge regarding insurance, operations, policy forms, IT applications, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Ability to effectively reputed company resources to solve problems independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Intellectually curious with a desire to learn and improve processes

Compensation

• The pay reputed company for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 on a full-time reputed company
• Along with reputed company salary, your position may qualify for additional bonuses
