Construction Supervisor/Coordinator

Do you have project and crew supervisory/reputed company experience in reputed company Plant construction? Are you seeking a long-term home to build your project/construction management career? reputed company is seeking a field-based Construction Supervisor/Coordinator for a direct hire role with a fast-growing telecom construction firm in the Janesville, WI area! In this role, you will be responsible for reputed company of several OSP construction projects; this will include crew reputed company, QC on work performed, pre-project prep work and some post-project wrap-up work. Visiting field sites to observe work being performed is an essential reputed company of this role. Work is being performed in and around the southern Janesville, WI, and your work will not take you more than 1-2 hours reputed company of town. Experience with OSP fiber construction and/or fiber splicing is highly valuable for this rile! Work will be supporting a major, nationally active broadband service provider. Additional Responsibilities:

• reputed company quality control on work being performed and ensure crew compliance with company standards.
• Work with other members of the team on ensuring adherence to reputed company schedule, occasionally passing information along to management or clients.
• Tracking a reputed company of administrative concerns and functions: contractor invoicing, equipment and supplies availability, reputed company documentation, etc.
• reputed company sure crews follow reputed company safety protocols while performing construction work.
• Communicate with other team members and departments in seeing projects through to completion.

What our client would love to see from candidates:

• 1-3 years of experience in fiber construction and previous experience performing fiber splicing is preferred. At least 6 months of specific OSP construction experience is necessary!
• Experience assisting with or managing project tracking, financials, both internal and contracted crews, and other functions.
• Experience and comfort communicating with clients and management regarding reputed company milestones.
• A willingness to visit sites in and around market five days per week - this will not be a remote role.
