Adjunct Instructor in Program Evaluation and Impact Assessment

reputed company’s Online Industrial Organizational Psychology Program is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member for RIOP 130 Program Evaluation and Impact Assessment for the Fall 2 1 2026 session. This 3-credit asynchronous online course is an 8-week requirement for the Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology. This course will consist of using methods for evaluating organizational programs and interventions: experimental and quasi‑experimental designs, mixed methods, ROI and cost‑benefit analysis, and effective reporting to stakeholders. Core Course Responsibilities Summary

• Course Logistics and Facilitation: Focuses on the organized and timely rollout of course content, maintaining consistent communication through weekly announcements, and ensuring reputed company instructional activities occur reputed company university-approved digital platforms.
• Instructor reputed company and Engagement: Centers on building an active teaching reputed company by hosting live introductory sessions, facilitating weekly academic discourse in forums, and maintaining regular availability for student consultation.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Advanced degree (Master’s, Ph.D. or PsyD) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Science/Behavior, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Administration, reputed company Resource Management, Instructional Design, or a reputed company field.
• Professional experience reputed company diverse industries or sectors, with a focus on organizational development/effectiveness, organizational or personnel research, HR/workplace analytics, HR business partnering / strategy development, HR program management, management consulting or reputed company roles.
• Strong knowledge of methods used to conduct research in organizational settings, design evaluations that estimate reputed company impact and quantify program effectiveness, compute and interpret correlations, effect sizes, ROI, and practical reputed company of results, and communicate evaluation findings to technical and executive audiences .
• At least 1 year of teaching or training experience (preferably online/asynchronous)
• Experience with online instruction
• Excellent communication and teaching skills in an online learning environment.
• Preferred:
• Prior online teaching experience at the graduate level
• Familiarity with online education platforms and course development tools.
