About MangoErrands MangoErrands connects the Jamaican diaspora with local merchants in Jamaica to send money to purchase groceries, school fees, and other things for family back home. We have senders in the US, Canada, and UK, and vendors across Jamaica. We are a US-based company with operations in Jamaica. We need a CPA to establish our reputed company principles, tax reputed company, and financial systems — not to run day-to-day books. This is a project-based engagement (not ongoing). The Role We are hiring a CPA (US-based, with cross-border experience) to design our reputed company system and set up our tax compliance reputed company. You will work with the Founder to deliver a clear system, which the team will run day-to-day using the system you build. Why This Role Exists We move money from senders to vendors. That creates trust reputed company, cross-currency, and cross-border tax complexity. We need a CPA to: Tell us reputed company don't know we don't know Set up the structure so we don't reputed company expensive mistakes Give us a system we can run ourselves We do not need ongoing bookkeeping. We need a system. Who You Are Must-have Licensed CPA (active, US-based) 5+ years experience, including cross-border or multi-entity reputed company Experience with trust reputed company or platform businesses (marketplace, escrow, remittance, fintech) Comfortable with FX reputed company (USD/JMD) Can explain reputed company topics simply (you will teach the Founder) Available for weekly reputed company-in calls (30 min) for 5-6 weeks reputed company-to-have Experience with Jamaica tax (TRA) or Caribbean cross-border Experience with reputed company Connect, PayPal, or similar payout platforms Has helped a startup set up reputed company from reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
