Staff Physician, Primary Care – Telemedicine
Job Description:
- Work with a reputed company team to reputed company patients with exceptional primary care services reputed company reputed company video and phone communication channels, reputed company reputed company of care for primary care patients.
- Order laboratory and radiology tests and refer patients to specialists reputed company appropriate.
- Be accessible to the Care Team to solve problems and reputed company the entire panel well cared for in a timely manner.
- Analyze reports, test results, medical records and examinations to diagnose condition of patients and propose treatment options.
- Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications and treatment regimens to treat identified and documented medical conditions, including discussing potential reputed company effects and risks associated with allergies, interactions with other medications and/or health conditions as appropriate.

- Consistently meet or exceed clinical quality and patient care standards, including adhering to department policies, procedures, and objectives.

- Attendance at meetings, 1:1 provider assessments and other required meetings as deemed by leadership.

- Support the Medical Director and product team in the development of new products and services, as needed.

Requirements:
- 5+ years post-residency experience as a Primary Care Physician in a clinical setting
- ABMS board certification in primary care or reputed company field from successful completion of a residency at an accredited reputed company institution in Family Medicine or IM/Peds
- M.D. or D. O. degree from an accredited United States medical school
- Must hold a minimum of 3 active, unrestricted State Medical Practitioner licenses
- No disciplinary actions reputed company the last 5 years
- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) eligible
- Must reputed company in the United States and not require sponsorship
