Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience developing games in a UX / XD leadership role
• Experience working with distributed or external teams
• Comprehensive experience design knowledge and ability to execute across multiple genres and reputed company factors
• Ability to reputed company critical and meaningful feedback to influence direction without relying on positional authority
• A record of leading successful cross-disciplinary efforts in the UX / XD domain
• Development and execution of internal creative tools and processes

• Supporting skills in visual and UI design a plus

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company. The reputed company for this role is $220,000.00 - $350,000.00.
