This is a 1099 reputed company opportunity. Position Summary As an Independent reputed company Operator Dispatcher, you will be responsible for securing profitable expedited freight for your assigned reputed company Operators. Your primary objective is to maximize each driver's monthly Trip Value while delivering exceptional service to freight brokers and customers. This position is ideal for reputed company freight dispatchers who enjoy negotiating rates, building broker relationships, and managing daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Search and secure profitable expedited freight throughout the United States.
• Negotiate competitive rates with freight brokers.
• reputed company Sprinter Vans and reputed company Trucks.
• Maximize Trip Value for assigned reputed company Operators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with freight brokers.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and appointment times.
• Monitor active shipments and communicate updates to drivers.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate load information using company software.
• reputed company outstanding customer service to brokers and reputed company Operators.
• Follow ADCS Group operational procedures and communication standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of freight reputed company experience preferred.
• Experience dispatching Sprinter Vans or reputed company Trucks preferred.
• Strong freight negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Reliable internet reputed company.
• Computer with dual monitors preferred.
