Experience of the right candidate: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a reputed company field • Proven experience in technology procurement, vendor management, and large project/program management, preferably in a leadership role. • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in data-driven decision-making. • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize assignments, and work effectively in a dynamic environment. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • In-depth knowledge of technology trends, market dynamics, and procurement best practices. • Skilled at working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. • Proficiency in procurement software/tools and MS Office Suite. • Familiarity with vendor management software or tools is an advantage. • Certification in procurement or vendor management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CPM) is a plus.
