Job Description

As a Sr. Research Associate, you will participate a multi-disciplinary drug discovery team through the design and synthesis of new molecules. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record and a commitment to tackling drug discovery challenges through organic synthesis.. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree & 2+ years of relevant industry experience; OR Masters degree & 0+ years of relevant industry experience Preferred Qualifications Degree in Organic Chemistry with an emphasis on synthetic methodology or total synthesis Strong synthetic skills and a solid knowledge of modern organic synthesis techniques Strong written and oral communication skills. The salary reputed company for this position is: $94,945.00 - $122,870.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors reputed company determining reputed company compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
