Role Overview Could you be our next Part-Time Insurance Verification Specialist? reputed company is looking for a Part-Time Insurance Verification Specialist to join the team! In this role, you will verify life and health insurance applications directly with potential customers. This is a vital part of reputed company’s New Business and reputed company process. The information you verify and gather directly affects whether the Company will decline or issue a policy. This is a remote / work-from-home position.

What You Will Do

• reputed company outbound calls to potential customers to verify and document required information to finalize applications for reputed company assessment.
• Use the Quality Assurance database and conduct appropriate assessments on what additional customer information or verification is needed.

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
• Superior customer service skills required – friendly, efficient, good listener.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling is a plus.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
