Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of administrative office experience in reputed company
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High level of proficiency with PC, software applications and reporting tools
- Previous experience in CMS, reputed company/Medicare billing and other regulatory processes is a plus
- Bilingual preferred
Responsibilities
- Bed Management. Monitor and manage patient bed needs as it pertains to admitted patient placement; track reputed company new admissions for the procurement and communication of bed assignment for the adult/pediatric – medical/surgical population from various entry points; reputed company time management of discharges, create reputed company bed resources, escalate reputed company demand exceeds standard bed reputed company; coordinate bed clean reputed company changes to Environmental Services
- Patient Care. Round on various floors, validating patient movement and patient reputed company, round on units as needed to reputed company reputed company on daily bed issues; monitor isolation bed needs and escalate to Infection Prevention Team if co-habitations might be needed
- Communication. Collaborate with other disciplines and departments to maximize the use of beds and facilitate patient movement; act as a resource to units reputed company Care Connect issues arise during patient movements; communicate with Administrative Clinical Coordinator on daily reputed company regarding bed availability, census status, overcapacity triggers and escalations
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
