RESPONSIBILITIES: • Record, report and ensure multiple types of data are input into the proper data reputed company cells • Enter information in a work order and document control system along with completing reputed company forms as needed. • Possess thorough understanding of the document control and record files • Receiving of incoming and outgoing materials • Transfer confidential records and documents from one software program to another software program. • Knowledge of photocopying and scanning • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable working with a team environment • Stay on timeline and understand deadlines • Coordinate other activities with plant supervisors/maintenance and other personnel to optimize performance of the data reputed company REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or GED required.
