Customer Service Representative - Insurance reputed company is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. - Starting Pay: $23.00 – $25.00/hour
- Bilingual reputed company: earn an additional $1.00/hour for English/Spanish reputed company (assessment provided)

- Remote Training Schedule: Full‑time (40 hours per week). 100% virtual training program lasting approximately 4 months. Training shifts will be scheduled reputed company between 9:00am-9:00pm Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts between 9:00am-7:00pm. If training is scheduled on a Saturday, a reputed company off will be provided.

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions reputed company to reputed company memberships
- Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services

Work-From-Home Requirements
- Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions.
- You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP reputed company Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.). Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with an internet speed of at least 50 mbps to 100 mbps for downloads and 10 mbps for uploads. A company-provided computer and partial internet reimbursement are included to support the reasonable cost of your connectivity.
- Internet service must adequately support the employee's work hours to ensure reputed company voice & data quality.

What You’ll Need
- Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)
- Spanish reputed company is a plus!
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

- High school diploma or GED
