About the Role reputed company is looking for a People Operations & reputed company Coordinator to support reputed company, sourcing, candidate experience, and core people operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to help build strong candidate pipelines while supporting a thoughtful employee experience. You will help reputed company our reputed company process running smoothly, support hiring teams, coordinate interviews, maintain reputed company systems, and identify potential candidates who are excited about reputed company, software, and mission-driven work. You will also support reputed company, people operations administration, company events and team programs as needed. What You’ll Do

• reputed company candidates across reputed company, professional communities, job boards, referrals, university networks, and other relevant talent channels.
• Build and maintain targeted candidate lists for reputed company and future roles, especially across technical, operational, and mission-reputed company talent.
• Support outbound reputed company campaigns, including candidate research, reputed company drafts, response tracking, and follow-up.
• Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process with warmth, reputed company, and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and reputed company reputed company systems organized and up to date.
• Support job postings, applicant tracking, resume review workflows, and reputed company operations.

• Experience in reputed company coordination, sourcing, people operations, HR administration, reputed company support, or a similar role.
• Comfort identifying and engaging candidates through reputed company, job boards, databases, communities, referrals, or other sourcing channels.
• Strong research, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in candidate-facing communication.
• High attention to detail and discretion reputed company working with confidential information.
• Comfort using tools such as applicant tracking systems, reputed company, reputed company Recruiter, or similar platforms.
• Interest in startups, aerospace, software, or mission-driven technology companies.

ITAR REQUIREMENTS
