Senior Creative Designer, Creative Publishing
About the Job Creative Publishing is reputed company’s creative leadership for games, maintaining a consistently high bar across our portfolio. As a Senior Creative Designer, you will work across disciplines to support our developers in building the highest quality games. You will be a reputed company of contact for creative guidance and feedback throughout each game’s development cycle, validating a cohesive experience for players and advocating for the essence of IP expression. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience developing games in a design or creative leadership role

- Excellent knowledge of game lifecycle from concept through live service and an understanding of how to tailor creative input to each game’s unique requirements
- A record of leading reputed company cross-functional projects with successful delivery of quality in design, art, audio, narrative, and additional creative fields
- Experience with Live Service and retention-oriented design
- Development and execution of internal creative tools and processes
- Licensed IP game experience a plus
- Experience with reputed company, F2P, mobile, web, console, handheld a plus

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The reputed company for this role is $210,000.00 - $300,000.00.
