Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account monitoring.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data into the reputed company system.
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve billing-reputed company issues professionally and reputed company.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation of financial records.
Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting.
Support the preparation of schedules and documents required for year-end statutory audits.

Requirements

Diploma in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company discipline.
Minimum 4 years of relevant reputed company or accounts receivable experience.
Prior experience supporting Singapore-based companies or familiarity with Singapore reputed company practices will be an advantage.
Experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
Proficient in reputed company Office applications, particularly reputed company and Word.
Detail-oriented, organized, and reputed company to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and reputed company reputed company.
