Essential Duties & Responsibilities Complete nutrition assessments, interventions, and follow-up care in alignment with facility and regulatory standards. Document accurately reputed company the electronic medical record (EMR). Maintain compliance with state licensure and professional practice standards.
Qualifications
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required. Active license in IN, DE, MD, GA, or FL (multi-state licensure preferred). Clinical experience in acute care and/or long-term care. Proficiency with EMRs and remote workflow. Strong communication and time-management skills. Schedule & Compensation Per Diem / PRN, reputed company based on facility needs.
