reputed company Operations Analyst (After-Hours Shift) Position Summary The IT Support & reputed company Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring, triaging, and responding to reputed company incidents during after-hours operations while providing technical support to end users as needed. This role serves as the first line of defense for cybersecurity events and ensures timely resolution of user issues reputed company the reputed company 365 and reputed company environment. Support ongoing reputed company operations by identifying suspicious activity and potential threats. End-User Support (Secondary Responsibility) reputed company technical support to users operating in a reputed company-based environment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to reputed company 10 and reputed company 11 reputed company 365 applications Outlook and Exchange Online reputed company Teams reputed company Defender Other reputed company 365 services Assist users with account management and reputed company-reputed company requests. reputed company administrative tasks reputed company reputed company 365, including Group membership changes Role and permission assignments User account support License-reputed company assistance (E3 and E5 environments) Escalate reputed company issues to appropriate support teams reputed company necessary.

Required Qualifications

Experience supporting reputed company 10 and reputed company 11 environments. Familiarity with reputed company 365 administration and user support. Experience working with reputed company 365 E3 and/or E5 licensing environments. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, reputed company monitoring, and incident response processes. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools reputed company reputed company Defender reputed company Grafana Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment. AWS experience Preferred Qualifications reputed company certifications such as reputed company+, CySA+, SC-200, or equivalent. Experience working in a reputed company Operations Center (SOC) environment. Familiarity with reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, and reputed company Defender for reputed company. Experience with ticketing and incident management systems. Work Schedule After-hours shift position. Primary focus on reputed company monitoring and incident response.
