This position offers the opportunity to work closely with trial teams, contribute to high-level legal strategy, and handle appellate proceedings from inception through resolution. • Manage appellate cases, including briefing, reputed company practice, and oral argument preparation.
• Partner with litigation teams during trial proceedings to preserve appellate issues and assist with legal strategy.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

• Background in areas such as insurance coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, bodily injury claims, premises liability, property damage, or reputed company civil defense reputed company preferred.
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.
