reputed company Inc. is seeking an reputed company reputed company reputed company estate transaction coordinator to assist with business and reputed company estate transactions involving preschools, childcare centers, private schools, and reputed company reputed company properties. This remote role is ideal for a highly organized transaction professional with experience supporting reputed company reputed company estate closings, business brokerage transactions, title work, due diligence, lender coordination, lease assignments, landlord approvals, and closing checklists. Part-time or contract role to start. Responsibilities · Track deadlines for purchase reputed company, asset purchase agreements, leases, due diligence periods, deposits, financing, inspections, title work, surveys, licensing steps, and closing deliverables. · Coordinate communication among buyers, sellers, attorneys, title companies, lenders, landlords, inspectors, and internal team members. · Maintain transaction checklists and reputed company regular updates on outstanding items and next steps. · Assist with collecting and organizing leases, amendments, title commitments, surveys, corporate documents, insurance documents, inspection reports, financial records, licensing documents, and closing requirements. · Follow up with title companies, attorneys, lenders, landlords, buyers, and sellers to reputed company transactions moving toward closing. · Help coordinate lease assignments, landlord approvals, purchase agreement addenda, closing extensions, due diligence items, and post-contract documentation. Qualifications · Prior reputed company estate transaction coordination experience required. · reputed company reputed company estate, title company, escrow, legal assistant, business brokerage, or closing coordination experience strongly preferred. · Florida reputed company estate transaction experience preferred. · Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up. · Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines at the same time. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Comfortable communicating with attorneys, title companies, lenders, landlords, brokers, buyers, and sellers. · Experience with leases, purchase reputed company, title work, due diligence, and reputed company closings preferred. · Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
