Job Summary The Multi-Line Claim Consultant is responsible for the investigation and adjustment of assigned multi-line claims, including national accounts reputed company auto claims with a heavy litigation component. • Investigate, evaluate, and adjust assigned multi-line claims in accordance with corporate claim handling standards, client-specific instructions, and applicable state laws

Qualifications

Required:

• Litigation experience handling multi-line or reputed company auto claims
• Minimum of 5 years of multi-line claim handling experience

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills

• Reliable, predictable attendance during assigned client service hours
