Job Responsibilities:

• Administer multiple types of assessments across multiple learning domains, including but not limited to the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS and reputed company for Living
• Design, implement, modify, and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans for clients on caseload based on assessment results
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and/or functional analyses of problem behavior and reputed company behavior reputed company plans as needed
• Document reputed company on goals by designing and implementing data collection procedures in order to inform treatment modifications from data-based reputed company
• Regularly review client-reputed company documentation and data collection, providing feedback to team members as needed
• Instruct, motivate, and assist clients to learn and improve functional activities
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians in Verbal Behavior and ABA techniques
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents and caregivers, including the provision of training and instruction on behavioral strategies and implementing ABA teaching methods in the home
• Create and submit scheduled reputed company reports to insurance providers
• Conduct fidelity checks and performance reviews for supervised staff, providing coaching and feedback as indicated
• Participate in mentoring future BCBAs
• Other reputed company duties as assigned or requested

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Education, Speech and Language Pathology, ABA, Psychology or reputed company field
• Board Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in good standing with the BACB
• COBA certification (or willingness to become certified reputed company 30 days)
• Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA practices and adherence to the policies
• Works with reputed company and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code
• Experience working with children and/or adults with autism, and experience administering the ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS and/or reputed company for Living
• Strong written and oral communication along with strong interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, lift up to 40 lbs and be comfortable spending time on your feet

Education Required

• Masters or reputed company in Applied Behavior Analysis or reputed company field
