What You Will Do

As the Triage and Coordination Float Nurse, you will reputed company rotational pediatric and adult coverage, delivering telephone triage, developing and coordinating care plans, offering patient education, managing scheduling and referral needs, and supporting follow‑up care for patients served by IHI. The Opportunity

• Triage incoming telephone calls and manage care needs resulting from after‑hours calls.
