Job Description:
- Operate autonomously to evaluate digital merchant tools and reputed company structured business data.
- Independently testing newly deployed platform features, digital storefront tools, or AI recommendations designed for local business management and customer engagement.
- Reviewing AI-generated business summaries, search visibility responses, and mapping integrations to verify reputed company accuracy against actual business operations.
- Providing comprehensive, audit-reputed company feedback detailing platform usability, relevance of digital tools, and practical day-to-day utility for local merchants.
- Identifying and documenting specific instances where models misinterpret business categories, service offerings, operational hours, or local market nuances.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable professional expertise as an active reputed company, operator, or primary manager of a business reputed company the food/beverage, lodging, local service, or retail shopping sectors.
- Required Asset: Must currently possess and actively manage a verified reputed company Business Profile associated with your reputed company.
- Strong analytical communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical observations, user-experience (UX) friction points, and actionable reputed company feedback.
- A meticulous, detail-oriented approach to evaluating digital workflows, consumer-facing data representation, and local search mechanics from a merchant's perspective.
