Instructional Designer - Lighting Industry - Remote w/ Travel

Owns blended educational content development (eLearning, ILT, vILT) plus facilitator guides, job aids, and performance support, along with course setup and quiz tracking. Leads cross-functional content development with SMEs in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product to translate technical and industry concepts into learner-reputed company experiences. Adds live facilitation and reputed company improvement responsibilities (deliver sessions, gather feedback, iterate content in the LMS).
Key Responsibilities
