In this role, you will engage with patients reputed company to assess, coordinate, and monitor their health care needs—playing a vital part in our mission to enhance quality of life through proactive care management. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote patient assessments with reputed company and professionalism
• Monitor patients' health status and escalate warning signs appropriately
• Apply medical terminology knowledge to assess and coordinate care

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or patient-facing setting

• Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal abilities
• Ability to recognize clinical red flags and escalate care as needed
