Job Summary The Environmental Safety and Health Program (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business processes that drive compliance with federal, state, and local Health and Environmental and Safety requirements and drive reputed company improvement. Safety and Health 25% Collaboratively plan, reputed company and maintain EHS policies and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations and industry best practices with other EHS staff. Conduct review of new items distributed by Patterson and facilitate compliance with applicable transportation and environmental requirements. Support implementation of hazardous materials compliance policies and procedures, in collaboration with fulfillment center operations, to ensure Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods are stored, handled, and transported safely and in compliance with 49 CFR, IATA, and IMDG regulations.
