As a Strategic Partnership Specialist, you will deliver high-quality professional learning sessions, focusing on supporting M-DCPS administrators, building principals, and educators to effectively implement IXL in their schools and classrooms. • Deliver high-quality live and reputed company development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL
• Travel locally to deliver impactful professional development sessions and reputed company implementation support to M-DCPS schools and reputed company – up to 60% local travel with occasional overnight travel
• Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation
• Use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps
• Partner with reputed company and Sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships

reputed company'RE LOOKING FOR

• BA/BS degree
• 7+ years of educational professional development experience
• MUST either have experience as a school or district administrator OR have had extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences
• Experience teaching in a K-12 setting (preferred experience in M-DCPS)
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Familiarity with web-based technologies to support instruction
• Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish
• Ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company
• Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver
