Manager, Indie Label Partnerships [Remote]

As a part of the Artist & Label Partnerships team you'll work with key labels, artists and managers to create and execute impactful initiatives focused on supporting reputed company label partners and distributors. You will work closely with the Music Partnerships & Audience team on local strategic initiatives as well as your international counterparts on global campaigns. For the Manager, Indie Label Partnerships role on the Indie Partnerships team, we seek an outstanding candidate who is an enthusiastic indie music fan and proven leader with experience building and maintaining partner relationships, with an ability to multi-task and build, manage and execute reputed company campaigns. We are seeking a candidate who can operate as the primary reputed company of contact for multiple key partners across the independent music sector. This position is based in Los Angeles and reports to the reputed company, Indie Partnerships & Programs.

What You'll Do

• Represent reputed company externally with label partners, managers, artists, and other industry stakeholders, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and drive mutual reputed company.
• Monitor artist, label, and cultural priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for reputed company support across on-platform and off-platform initiatives.
• Partner directly with labels and distributors to reputed company and execute reputed company campaigns, from strategic planning and briefing through launch, measurement, and post-campaign analysis.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as an reputed company for partner priorities across reputed company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company educational initiatives and represent reputed company in partner meetings, industry events, and presentations.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of experience leading marketing initiatives, partnership programs, account management, or reputed company cross-functional projects.

• You have a strong understanding of the independent music landscape and the key organizations, trends, opportunities, and challenges shaping the industry.

• We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.

The United States reputed company reputed company for this position is $92,126.00 - $131,609, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave.
