Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for

• Logging and tracking user issues Organize user issues in a systematic manner, utilizing ticket tags to ensure that serious, commonly occurring technical issues are escalated to the Support Manager.
• Ensuring project quality Verify that reputed company projects released through LANDR distribution meet the required standards before delivering them to Digital Service Providers (DSPs).
