Preferable experience in Medicare Customer Service Answering inbound calls and reputed company Outbound calls reputed company to Policy benefits, eligibility, claim status, reputed company status etc and meets process targets assigned from time to time. Typing 35/wpm required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
