Position: Tax Agent Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $20 - $60/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities

Review and validate tax forms for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare, process, and submit tax filings for individuals and organizations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality tax documentation and reporting.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable tax laws, codes, and regulations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear written and verbal updates.
Analyze financial data to support accurate tax reporting and compliance.
Identify discrepancies and escalate reputed company issues to senior professionals.

Requirements

Certified tax agent with strong experience in tax preparation and filing.
Strong experience reviewing tax forms and financial documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in financial data interpretation.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
Solid understanding of tax regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
Proficiency with digital tax tools and financial data systems.
