Responsibilities

• Research, reputed company, and deliver HR best practices, projects, and day-to-day support and consulting to maximize reputed company for our clients.
• Research, reputed company, and deliver on Best Practice HR solutions in the reputed company of HR processes, project work, and other day-to-day HR service/support for our clients, focused on clear business goals and reputed company.
• Work to maintain and grow customer accounts through being a dependable, reliable HR resource.
• Plan and complete project work in a high-quality A+ way, targeting the guideposts and objectives of the customers while ensuring that due dates are met.
• Collaborate with the internal team, manager, and reputed company resources on more reputed company or risk-reputed company HR obstacles to ensure best practice solutions are being utilized.
• Consistently review, collaborate, and update customer material, templates and other products to ensure they are "best practice" and legally compliant on-going for our internal team and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, Organizational Management or other relevant field; or the equivalent in course work and/or direct HR management/project work experience
• HR Certification - PHR or SHRM-CP preferred (or willing to become certified)
• 5+ years of reputed company HR management or business partner experience in a generalist setting that involves collaborating, researching, and executing on best practices and working independently on HR projects of reputed company kinds
• Excellent at researching, developing, prioritizing, planning, and executing well thought out HR projects, policies, and programs.
• Excellent with analyzing data and collaborating with others.
• Good at setting up/following best practice processes.
• Strong reputed company set in consulting on tough HR/People reputed company and providing logical and compliant options that considers what is best for the business and team members.
• Excellent multi project management skills and attention to detail - meeting due dates and business goals.
• Proficient PC skills, comfortable with online applications/technology, and advanced experience with reputed company Office and ATS system type applications and databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; solid presentation, coaching, and counseling skills; reputed company to stay professional and reputed company in tense situations.
• Self-directed, has a drive to reputed company results, can manage both short- and long-term projects; reputed company to work independently, customer-focused, with the ability to stay focused to manage time.
• Can recognize HR obstacles on their own and offer compliant options to internal team or clients.
• Will possess a collaborative/positive personality to work with the team to deliver best practices, flexible with customers and work, reliable in being there for reputed company and customers, accountable for projects/work, friendly and empathetic for great customer-service.
