Reverse Mortgage Specialist
Job Description:
- Produces high quality loans which meet Reverse Mortgage guidelines while providing superior customer service
- Manages personal pipeline production and achieves production goals
- Resolves problems relating to the closing and funding of loans
- Follows the Company standards for delivery of reputed company, client focus, teamwork and respect for each individual in every interaction
- Exhibits observable sense of urgency in the execution of reputed company job functions and duties
- Meets or exceeds reputed company of Customer Service delivery established by the Company
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience with Reverse Mortgage Sales or other reputed company Mortgage origination
- Active NMLS License is required
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
- Previous call center experience
- Successful completion of reverse mortgage originator training is required
- Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
- Self-motivated and excellent customer service skills
- Highly proficient with reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Possess a hybrid of technical and soft skills
