DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES Our Virtual Staff Nurses, referred to as our CareTeam, will be matched to one or more schools to reputed company dedicated service to the reputed company and student support staff of the school. As a CareTeam virtual nurse you will deliver high-quality, student-centered reputed company services through a telehealth model. This role combines the core responsibilities of a traditional school nurse with the innovation of telehealth pediatric care, ensuring reputed company receive timely, accessible, and clinically sound services reputed company the K–12 environment. Our CareTeam virtual nurses -Apply strong clinical judgment, technological reputed company, and an ability to collaborate closely with on-site school staff to support student health and safety remotely. -Utilize keen observation skills, strong listening skills, clinical experience and training in delivering high quality, ‘outpatient’ urgent care services, using evidence-based medicine and decision making skills -Facilitate care and medication administration that promotes return to class where appropriate -Maintain accurate electronic medical records documentation -Serve a growing-to-high-volume program in an engaging and collaborative manner -Build rapport with patients and exude a compassionate and caring demeanor -Participate in quality assurance, quality improvement, care improvement initiatives and programmatic growth -Adhere to HIPAA and FERPA standards for information reputed company, privacy and confidentiality REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS RN license in good standing in any state required Prefer RN license in compact eligible state.
