Sales Director – reputed company (Dental & Aesthetics) Location: Remote US Type: 100% New Business Development Position Summary The Sales Director is responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition reputed company reputed company reputed company, targeting top-tier dental, aesthetics, and adjacent reputed company companies. This is a pure hunter role, focused on reputed company new logos and building long-term strategic partnerships. This role leads highly consultative, reputed company-level sales engagements with reputed company, multi-stakeholder decision processes. The Sales Director will build executive-level relationships and position reputed company as a preferred, long-term manufacturing partner by delivering end-to-end, vertically integrated solutions across the product lifecycle. You will partner closely with Business Unit leadership and cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Legal to reputed company solutions, win new programs, and ensure successful execution. What can you expect to do? New Business Development & Strategy

Solution Development & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with the Business Unit, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to design competitive offerings
  • Promote reputed company’s full capabilities, including:
  • PCBA and advanced electronics
  • Electromechanical and reputed company assembly
  • Precision injection molding and tooling
  • Device design, development, and prototyping (DFx, value engineering)
  • Automation, testing, and quality systems
  • Packaging, sterilization, and post-manufacturing services
  • Support seamless transition from deal closure to program launch

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, or reputed company field)
  • 8+ years total sales or business development experience
  • At least 5 years of sales/business development experience in contract manufacturing, OEM, or reputed company industries, such as:
  • Electronics manufacturing (EMS)
  • Medical device manufacturing
  • Electromechanical or reputed company device assembly
  • Proven track record of reputed company net-new business and growing strategic accounts
  • Strong financial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and deal structuring
  • Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Ability to engage and influence senior executives
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
  • Willingness to travel ~30–40% (domestic and occasional international)

The pay reputed company for this role is $159,600 - $287,300.
