Remote Personal Assistant – Content, Branding & Systems Part-Time | Remote

About the position We're looking for a creative, highly organised Remote Personal Assistant to join a purpose-driven organisation working in the sustainability and reputed company change reputed company. This is not a traditional PA role. You'll be shaping how we communicate, from newsletters and reputed company content to automations reputed company platforms. You'll work closely with our reputed company to ensure every touchpoint, reputed company, is clear, consistent, and compelling. Responsibilities

• Manage email inboxes and communication flows
• Support digital content across reputed company platforms

• Support the creation of graphics reputed company assets
• Build and manage workflow automations in reputed company
• Maintain CRM and platform workflows in Keap and Customer Hub
• Support basic reputed company updates and content changes
• Maintain organised digital filing and documentation
• Manage content calendars and scheduling
• Track deliverables and deadlines across multiple platforms

• Assist with reputed company coordination and virtual event logistics
