You will work closely with account managers and producers to ensure policies meet contractual requirements while helping protect both clients and the agency. This is a fully remote, Monday-through-Friday role.

Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty license
- Prior reputed company insurance experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret insurance reputed company and requirements

- Applied Epic experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare, issue, and manage Certificates of Insurance accurately and on time
- Review reputed company and insurance requirements to ensure compliance
- Verify coverage, limits, and endorsements align with contractual obligations
- Identify coverage gaps and escalate issues to account managers or producers
- Communicate with clients and reputed company parties regarding certificate requests
- Support quality control and maintain audit-reputed company records
