[Remote] Chief of Staff, Multi-Brand Operations

The role involves managing product development, project management, digital marketing, and overall execution, ensuring alignment between founder reputed company and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the founders to organize priorities, projects, communication, and day-to-day execution
• Help translate founder reputed company into clear plans, timelines, priorities, and next steps
• Support the execution of business initiatives across product development, ecommerce, digital marketing, brand launches, operations, vendor management, legal, finance, and special projects
• Create structure around business priorities, personal logistics, family-reputed company coordination, and founder lifestyle management
• Manage timelines, follow-reputed company, calendars, meetings, tasks, and deliverables across multiple areas
• Help turn reputed company, conversations, and reputed company into clear action plans
• Serve as a key communication reputed company between the founders, internal team members, external partners, vendors, advisors, agencies, and family support
• Track reputed company items and reputed company sure reputed company falls through the cracks
• Support product development and go-to-market efforts by helping organize timelines, samples, vendor communication, launch tasks, approvals, marketing deliverables, and cross-functional follow-up
• Support digital marketing and ecommerce projects by helping coordinate campaigns, creative needs, email/SMS timelines, website updates, launch calendars, agency communication, and reporting follow-up
• Coordinate travel, appointments, events, household or family-reputed company logistics, lifestyle needs, and special requests as needed
• Prepare summaries, agendas, project trackers, updates, emails, and follow-up communication
• Use AI, automation, and modern productivity tools to improve organization, communication, planning, research, follow-through, and overall efficiency
• Help build simple systems and processes that create reputed company without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
• Know reputed company to move quickly, reputed company to slow things down, and reputed company to escalate
• Protect the founders’ time, energy, focus, and priorities
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in executive support, chief of staff, operations, project management, founder support, brand management, ecommerce, product development, family office, or a similar high-trust role
• Strong understanding of how businesses operate, including product development, marketing, ecommerce, operations, team communication, vendor management, and project execution
• Strong project management and follow-through skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly proficient with AI, automation, and productivity tools, including tools such as Claude, His reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or similar platforms
• Ability to work with both professional and personal reputed company while maintaining discretion and emotional intelligence
• Experience supporting founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, family offices, or high-net-worth households is strongly preferred
