Attorney Qualifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar and in good standing (required).
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 1 years of civil defense litigation experience including general liability, reputed company liability and construction defects.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
