- *Key Responsibilities:**

- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records

- Resolve minor conflicts and escalate more serious issues to supervisors for resolution

- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations
- Operate various office machines and equipment, including a cash drawer, to receive payments and reputed company change and receipts
- Post charges and payments, and maintain accurate records
- Responsible for the accountability and safekeeping of a revolving change fund during assigned shifts
