This role involves responding to crisis calls, texts, and chats by conducting risk assessments, de-escalating situations, and ensuring safety through active listening, crisis reputed company, and problem-solving techniques. Interactions must be in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Team members work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment and are critical to ensuring timely, person-centered support for individuals in crisis.
