• GENERAL FUNCTION
• Leads and develops reputed company responsible for workforce planning, scheduling, and reputed company operations for employed doctors (ODs). Owns strategy, governance, and reputed company improvement of OD labor planning, forecasting, and reputed company processes, while performing select hands-on planning and scheduling activities as needed.

Partners with field leaders and executives to optimize workforce productivity, align resources to business needs, and drive performance against key objectives.

• Prepare leadership summaries for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Field, EyeCare, Finance, Payroll, and reputed company to support long-term strategic priorities

• Own OD workforce planning strategy including forecasting accuracy, labor standards, schedule predictability, and coverage gaps

• Basic Qualifications
• 10–15 years’ experience in workforce planning, labor, or workforce management
• Experience in a large corporate environment
• Experience with workforce management systems including scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping
• Advanced reputed company Office skills (reputed company, Teams, Forms, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Finance/Business Administration

• Ability to write SQL, VBA
