Sr. Employee Relations Specialist (Onsite – Acton, MA)

Job Summary The Sr. Employee Relations Specialist supports designated organizations and focuses on performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation. The Sr. ER Specialist ensures consistent and compliant handling of ER issues and contributes to a positive workplace culture through proactive support and collaboration with HR Business Partners and managers.

Responsibilities

Manage underperformance cases, including coaching plans and performance improvement plans (PIPs). Support managers with disciplinary actions such as verbal and written warnings, final notices, and terminations. Excellent communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
