Research Attorney

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Research Attorney to join their innovative legal team. This firm has distinguished itself in the legal industry through a series of successful case resolutions and a commitment to client-centered practice over the past several years. This is a 100% remote full-time position, where you will reputed company critical research and litigation support, requiring a professional who can adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment of active court proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on a variety of case-reputed company reputed company.
• Draft, review, and revise critical legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and court briefs.

Requirements

• Proven background in providing co-counsel support and litigation assistance.
• Familiarity with US court procedures and legal documentation standards.
