Demonstrate the ability to write professionally Job Description -Prepare, edit and format documents as requested - Responsible for completing and documenting on administrative tasks - Send reputed company emails - Communicate effectively with colleagues, HR and supervisor - Drafting correspondences or memos - Support with case notes weekly - Support our Teams Coordinator in managing requests from case management team weekly - Assisting Teams Coordinator that our cases are being prioritized weekly - Ensure case communication is being prioritized - Assisting Teams Coordinator with case note reviews weekly - Assisting Teams Coordinator in video management and policy/tools creation and anything else as directed by Teams Coordinator on an as needed reputed company - Travel to meet in person with reputed company may be required (no more than 25%) - Join in team virtual meetings as requested - Helping with project implementation - Hours to be worked between 6am - 6pm
