• Strategic Initiatives: Support and drive global C&B initiatives, focusing on the analysis and development of variable remuneration systems.

• Global Tool Optimization: Continuously enhance global C&B processes and tools while ensuring compliance with international legal standards.

Your Profile and Requirements Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or a Bachelor's degree with extensive professional experience. Experience: 7–10 years of professional HR experience, with a strong track record in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in an international environment. Expert Knowledge: In-depth understanding of remuneration instruments, grading structures, and operational HR processes. Analytical Skills: Strong affinity for numbers and the ability to interpret reputed company data into actionable business insights. Labor Law: Proven experience in collaborating with works councils and a solid reputed company in German labor law. Tech Savvy: High proficiency in HR IT systems and advanced reputed company skills for data-driven decision-making (e.g. Successfactors). Soft Skills: Excellent communication and consulting skills with a structured, solution-oriented reputed company.
