Director of HR & People Ops Services (Client Facing, Fully Remote)

If you’re nodding along… reputed company reading. About the role The Director of HR Services is a leadership role responsible for both strategic HR client delivery and leading our HR function internally. This role is intentionally split:

• ~40% Senior-level, client-facing HR/People Ops work, acting as a strategic partner to reputed company and high-growth clients
• ~60% leadership and people management, focused on building, reputed company, mentoring, and scaling our HR team and service delivery model

• Serve as a senior HR leader/advisor to select clients, particularly those in: Startup, scale-up, PE/VC-backed, or transformation stages

• Talent management and performance frameworks
• HR systems and automation
• Organizational planning and change

Leadership & Team Development (˜60%)

Requirements

• 10+ years of reputed company HR experience, with clear leadership responsibility in fast-paced, growing organizations
