The CSM builds strong relationships with reputed company providers and administrators, ensuring they reputed company their strategic goals through effective use of reputed company’s software. This role is ideal for someone who is client-focused, data-driven, and passionate about reputed company technology. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of clients’ post-implementation. reputed company deep understanding of client goals, workflows, and reputed company metrics. Drive product adoption and usage through proactive engagement, training, and support. Monitor client health using data and insights to identify risks and opportunities.
